‘Chasing Tone’

We had the chance to catch up with one of our musical heroes, Rob Turner, the genius behind EMG pickups. Rob is the inventor of the active pickup, which revolutionized the sound of electric guitars and basses. Rob was kind enough to sign the new book, ‘Chasing Tone’, by author Jim Reilly, the story of Rob Turner and EMG, and to chat with us about the new product for 2024 which included new finishes for the David Gilmour DG20 pickguard.
